questions
The honest answers.
Do I need any technical background?
Not at all. Soft Tech is for anyone who has never used AI before. Creatives, freelancers, business owners, parents. If you can send an email and type in a search bar, you have all the skills you need.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Mostly ChatGPT and Claude, because they are the most accessible. The Kit is tool-agnostic. We teach you the system, so you can run it on any AI tool you choose. The Kit has a find-your-tool funnel for Docs, Notion, or Obsidian.
What’s the right starting point?
Start free with the 5-step Claude setup guide or Voice DNA. When you’re ready to build a real system, the $27 AI System Kit is the front door. The Community comes after the Kit. The 1:1 session is for people who want it built with them, live.
What is The Soft Tech Community?
The room you actually want to be in. A paid community for people who’ve already built their system with the Kit and want a place to keep going. Weekly prompts, monthly recorded group reviews, a quiet feed without algorithm noise. Doors open once the waitlist hits 50. Founding rate locks for the founding members.
Do I need the Kit before joining the Community?
Yes. The Community is designed for people who already built their system with the Kit. That’s what makes the room useful. Everyone in there is operating on the same foundation, so the conversation goes deeper faster.
How is the Community priced when it opens?
Pricing is being finalized. It’ll be a recurring rate, founding pricing locked for the founding members, and the waitlist gets first access plus first-100 perks. You’ll hear the exact number from Jennie before anyone else.
What happens in a 1:1 session?
Ninety minutes on a video call building AI workflows for your specific business. You tell me what eats your time, and we set up systems together so you walk away with something working. Recording, notes, and 7 days of personal email support included. Application only so we can confirm it’s the right fit.
Is the ACT Prep Kit for everyone?
No. It’s specifically for parents and students prepping for the ACT. If that’s not you, skip it. It exists because it works, not because everyone needs it.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. All paid programs come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not right for you, just let me know.
