Soft Tech is run by Jennie Slade. These terms cover the things you buy from this site, the email lists you join, and the templates you use. Plain English. No surprises.
What you’re buying
When you purchase a Soft Tech product — the AI System Kit, Getting Started with Claude, a 1-on-1 session, the Community membership, or any other paid item — you’re buying a license to use it for your own work. You may not resell it, rebrand it, or distribute the files publicly.
Refunds
Most paid products carry a published refund window (14 days on the System Kit; 7 days on most other digital products). To request one, email jennie@thesofttech.co with the word refund in the subject. No survey, no back-and-forth.
Live 1-on-1 sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that they’re non-refundable, but reschedulable once.
Email + AI advice
Anything we send you — emails, prompts, templates, courses — is for your own creative and business use. We won’t share your email address. We will occasionally suggest paid products. Unsubscribing takes one click.
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice. Claude (and any other AI mentioned) is a tool, not a professional. Use your judgment.
Your content stays yours
Anything you create with Soft Tech templates and prompts is yours. We don’t claim it, don’t train on it, don’t republish it. If you share your work and tag Soft Tech, we may repost with credit.

Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top and email anyone with active paid access. We won’t change refund or licensing terms retroactively on a purchase you’ve already made.
