the claude course · launching soon

The easiest Claude course on the internet.

You opened Claude, typed one thing, got an answer, and then just sat there, not sure what any of those buttons do. This is the course that walks you through every single one. Plain language, on camera, no making you feel behind.

Course launches soon. Add your name and I'll send you a note the day it goes live.

Works on the free Claude plan. No upgrade to start.

You opened Claude. You typed something. It answered. And then you sat there wondering what those little icons across the top were, what "Projects" actually does, whether Artifacts is a feature or a glitch, and why it kind of feels like everyone else got a tour and you didn't.

You don't need another think-piece on AI. You don't need a 14-hour masterclass. You need someone to point at the screen and say that's what that button does, here's when you'd use it, here's the thing you can do tomorrow morning that you couldn't do today.

That is the whole course.

the curriculum

Nine short modules. One open laptop.

Each one is a short video, an annotated screenshot, and one thing you'll be able to do when it's over.

01

Your First Real Conversation

Type one real thing into Claude in the first ten minutes. Three sentences that change every reply. Edit instead of starting over. Save the win.

02

The Tour, Now That You've Used It

Every button on the screen, named and explained. The buttons make sense once you've used Claude once. Now we name them.

Module 02, the tour
03

Files, Images, and Long Documents

Drop a 40-page PDF in. Drop a screenshot in. Drop a photo of a handwritten grocery list in. What happens, and what to ask for next.

Module 03, files images and long documents
04

Artifacts

The side panel where Claude builds things. Documents, lists, little tools. You'll watch one get built. You'll build your own before the module ends.

Module 04, artifacts
05

Memory + Projects

"Wait, Claude forgot what I said yesterday?" The one limitation, and the one fix. Build your first Project. The way Claude becomes yours.

Module 05, memory and projects
06

Settings and Privacy

The settings page nobody reads, walked through one toggle at a time. What to turn on, what to leave off, and the privacy choice you actually want to make.

Module 06, settings and privacy
06.5

When Claude Gets Weird

The three moments most people quit. Hallucinations. Refusals. The slow load. Five minutes. One rule for each, so the next weird thing doesn't make you close the laptop.

Module 06.5, when Claude gets weird
07

Twenty Real Uses

Twenty things you can do with Claude tomorrow morning, demonstrated on camera. Email drafts, meal plans, research summaries, the hard conversation you've been rehearsing in the shower. Pick three that fit your week. Run them.

Meet Cowork

A short, honest module on Claude's paid Cowork product. What it is, what it costs, what it does that the free plan doesn't, and the moment in your week when you'll know it's time to upgrade. (Most people don't need to. That's also fine.)

This is the entire Module 01, Your First Real Conversation. Same length, same format, same level of detail as every other lesson. Press play. If you finish it and you've already learned something you didn't know yesterday, the rest of the course is more of this.

For you if

  • You've opened Claude, felt unsure, and quietly closed the tab
  • You'd rather learn one tool well than dabble in five
  • You're a beginner, or a confident dabbler who knows there are pieces missing
  • You learn faster watching someone do the thing on their own screen
  • You want to know where things live, not the philosophy of AI
  • You'd rather pay $47 once than scroll YouTube for a week

Not for you if

  • You've been using Claude daily for six months and you already know every feature
  • You want a deep technical course on prompt engineering theory
  • You only want ChatGPT (this is Claude-specific, though most of what you learn transfers)
  • You want a community, group calls, or coaching (this is self-paced, on your couch)

about your teacher

Hi. I'm Jennie.

I've been obsessed with tech since I was a kid with a hand-me-down computer and too much curiosity. Sometimes I can't sleep because I'm so excited about the next thing to learn. I teach AI to people who want it explained the way a smart friend would explain it. Patient, plain, no making you feel small for asking. I'm still in this with you. We're learning the new thing at the same time. I put in the time so you don't have to.

outcomes, not features

By the time the last video ends.

You'll know what every button does.

No more guessing. No more "I'll click around and figure it out." You'll open Claude with the same confidence you open your email.

You'll have 20 real ways to use it tomorrow.

Not theory. Not a prompt list. Twenty specific moves, demonstrated on camera, that fit a normal week.

You'll know when to upgrade. And when not to.

You'll understand exactly what Cowork adds, what it costs, and the moment in your work when it's worth $20 a month. Or when it isn't.

You'll have your own Project running.

Set up. Populated. Used. Not a template. Yours.

You'll have a printable cheat sheet.

One page, on your desk, for the days you forget where things live.

You'll have a progress tracker.

Check off each module as you go. Proof you finished it, not just bookmarked it.

You are not behind. You were just never shown where anything was.

the honest question

"Isn't all of this free on YouTube?"

YouTube
  • Forty open tabs and no idea which one is current.
  • Tutorials filmed for developers, not for you.
  • One trick per video. No order, no path.
  • Out of date the second Claude changes.
  • Still lost after a week of watching.
This course
  • One path, in order, start to finish in a weekend.
  • Filmed for someone who has never coded anything.
  • Every button in sequence, so nothing is missing.
  • Updated when Claude changes. You keep access.
  • Done in 90 minutes, confident, not guessing.

YouTube is free the way a pile of furniture parts with no instructions is free. I already did the searching, the dead ends, the out-of-date videos. Forty-seven dollars is me handing you the assembled thing.

Questions people actually ask.

Is this Claude only, or does it work for ChatGPT too?

This course is filmed inside Claude. The buttons and feature names are Claude's. But about 70% of what you'll learn (how to talk to AI, how to brief it, when to verify, how to build a Project) transfers directly to ChatGPT, Gemini, and whatever shows up next. If you only use ChatGPT and you want to stay there, the System Kit is a better fit.

Do I need a paid Claude subscription?

No. The whole course works on the free plan. The Cowork module shows you exactly what changes if you upgrade ($20/month) so you can decide for yourself. Most people start free and stay free for a while. That's fine.

I'm not a designer or a writer or a creative. Is this for me?

Yes. The examples in the course span home life, parenting, small business, freelance work, research, planning, and the everyday admin that eats your week. Claude is a thinking tool. If you have things to think about, this works.

How long does the whole course take?

Around 90 minutes total. You can watch it in one Saturday morning, or one module a day for a week. Most people finish in a weekend.

How is this different from the $27 System Kit?

Honest answer: they solve different moments. If you're stuck inside Claude, unsure what the buttons do and closing the tab, start here. This shows you the tool, on screen, button by button. The $27 System Kit is the next step: once you're comfortable, it teaches you to build a portable system that works across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Most people do the course first, the Kit second. You don't have to choose today.

What if I hate it?
